Check the package and architecture

Confirm the version, operating system and architecture in the download center. The supplied Windows build is x64, Linux is amd64 and macOS is arm64. An Intel Mac or another Linux CPU architecture needs a different native build; this website does not supply one.

Inspect the local installation log

The worker writes install.log to a per-user directory. Windows uses LOCALAPPDATA under riseWalletInstaller/Logs. macOS uses ~/Library/Logs/riseWalletInstaller. Linux uses XDG_STATE_HOME/riseWalletInstaller or ~/.local/state/riseWalletInstaller. Read the platform guide for the exact location and include only relevant non-secret lines in a diagnostic summary.

Understand the completion message

The current backend writes a temporary test file and emits demonstration setup stages. Completing the sequence does not establish that a functional wallet, account vault or Aptos connection has been installed. If you are looking for those capabilities, consult the roadmap rather than entering credentials into the preview.

Prepare a local diagnostic summary

Record the platform, architecture, app version, package filename, checksum and observed error. The contact form creates a local text file for review or sharing through your own support workflow. It does not send a ticket or claim that an external historical Rise support team maintains these desktop artifacts.
