Platform-specific requirements

The supplied macOS artifact targets Apple Silicon; an Intel Mac installer is not provided. Linux requires a graphical desktop and Qt runtime dependencies such as EGL and the relevant X11/XCB libraries listed by the packaging script. Windows has an x64 executable. Consult the platform guide and keep a record of the system on which you test the preview.

03 / DESKTOP COMPATIBILITY

Setup compatibility is distinct from Aptos support

A successfully opened installer establishes only that its setup interface runs on that system. The provided backend does not implement key custody, asset balances, transaction signing, NFTs or dApp connections. FA, DA and AIP-62 remain technical requirements for a future wallet engine, described in the research guides and roadmap.

04 / DESKTOP COMPATIBILITY

A practical desktop review

Verify the artifact, inspect its signing information and record whether the interface launches and produces an installation log. Treat the current setup completion message as the end of a demonstration sequence. Do not interpret it as confirmation that a production wallet engine was installed.
